You don't know yet how the new items look like.^^
BTW: That
Mordekaiser definitly has a
Phage item.
BTW: That

Quoted:
If Morde and his team kill the Dragon, he enslaves the Dragon ghost for 75 seconds
A champion ghost and Dragon ghost can't exist at the same time, the Dragon ghost will replace the champion ghost if it already exists

I don't need to see the new items. They literally said in that post that they want "juggernauts" to remain immobile and relying on their team to set them up. So by giving them these buffs, they just make the champion stronger in their winning situation and nothing else, when they were already strong when that situation is in place. Thus, win more.
This also means that other bruisers remain dominant regardless due to their mobility and catch potential. New item changes are likely to buff these champions further ahead of "juggernauts" anyway.
I mean, am I taking crazy pills here or.. what?

Skarner isn't really as feast or famine as he was on release. The E changes on PBE will make him much more reliable in ganks.
E will put the old passive "3 stacks" on the target so he can stun them with the next auto
He starts the game with his side of the map already owned. Feels more like he has a good default base to work with.
Mordekaiser:
We're giving him some better tools to deal with ranged. Tho power farm is still a big part of a good lane for him.
It only works on dragon. Yes other spell changes, check them out when he hits pbe.

While Skarner's big change was the most pointless, at least he's more... decent than the other champions being talked about.
I don't know, this change is huge for vision control. This could really help both lanes and jungle
