The Garen "Villain" passive is the only one I like, that Darius "one-hit full-stack" **** is going to get reverted real quick.

idk why the **** riot thinks putting Mord bot lane with a supp is a good idea and skarner's new passive is going to be utterly useless on any other map than SR.

I can honestly say that I like none of these changes. They are just removing aspects of their kits people like to funnel into their win-more scenarios. It's pretty dumb. Not only that, they've actually increased the amount of requirements to be in place for their win-more scenario to even be achieved.

Garen's gotta spin to win! But let's nerf his silence and brute tankiness to make sure he can't do it as easily on his own!

Skarner does more damage now I guess? But let's make all his steroids centralized to the ****ing jungle. **** Skarner if he's outside the jungle.

Hmm, no more Zz'Rot Portal stacking, time for Warmog's Armor + Zz'Rot Portal. Don't know if Enchantment: Cinderhulk is any worth it now.

Garen's W was before that change really OP and not really balanceable, now you can balance him better. Reworks are most of the time not made to instantly balance champions, but make them balanceable in the future.

Champions like Garen are a bad example though. His W enables him to at least be a threat because he's massively ****ing hard to kill and has the (decent enough) base damage to kill squishies (If he can reach them). These changes not only nerf his W but also his ability to stick to carries with Judgment. Whoever thought it was a bright idea to make him slower while hitting people with it is a ******** ******.

Sterak's Gage should be really strong on Skarner, he already had the highest base AD in the game and it got even increased. BTW: Cho'Gath boys.

Titanic Hydra is just a wtf why is Mundo oneshotting me item.

How is Riot even allowed to do changes like this pre Worlds, well, it only increases the chances of UoL to win Worlds, so, yeah.

I think those champions innately get balanced by kitability, and thus these items won't make them OP except in 1v1 scenarios that idiots get themselves into.

BTW: If I look at that Garen changes, his 1-6 earlygame is way stronger than ever, higher AD ratio, good base and more AD/lvl. His midgame is rather meh but his lategame is strong again. For Sticking Power, try my creative guides and you will have sticking power :D.

How about now. And lower base damage with higher scaling actually means a weaker early game 9/10 times. It means he actually needs to build some AD to win lane.
