Yes, as a support you can now much more easily afford the damage items previously out of reach, but is that what your team needs? Generally, a team composition only needs 2-3 damage dealers and needs to back that up with utility to keep these damage dealers alive or to lock down the enemy, and that is what a support is required for. Adding more damage dealers to your team composition will skew the balance and weaken your overall strength in 5v5's because you have nothing to defend your ADC's. (Factoring in his support)[/quote] [[Vayne]] + [[Braum]] is pretty good Vayne has the insane mobility to duel him mid-late game and Braum has the means to kite him. Fnatic used it in the game that ended up being remade vs EDG, the only problem ended up being the lack of waveclear. Either way, I really like Braum vs him because it really hurts his late game. Morde can also tank Graves decently well I feel like, so I'd say its success largely depends on the support pick - if soraka can stand back without being attacked it will work, but if the support can lock down either of the two it won't.[/quote]

Being a utility bot and making your ADC's life easier is another. It's much more important to find a playstyle that suits you well than it is to just try to carry the game single-handedly (because that generally won't work)[/quote]
