How do you feel about Mundo jungle? His clear is ridiculously easy with the new masteries/items. He may not have the best ganks, but he has a crippling slow and you can quite safely run 
Smite + Exhaust on him to fix that. In what situations would he be a good pick? Why is he not a good all round pick, but rather a tier 4?

Tracker's knife I think. Sightstone was sort of a dead-end item for Lee imo. Sure you got it early game, but that's because it was super useful for escapes+invades. With Trackers, you have that, and money for other things.

Makes sense. Gotta get used to have ward hopping on 1 then. The link below shows one of the games you can find on probuilds where someone builds sightstone on Lee, and most likely tracker's knife considering the item can't be seen (not being in their database). There are a few more games where people built sightstone.

I bought both, and the charges got combined leaving you with only 3 stacks across BOTH items, so placing a ward with your sightstone also removed one ward from your tracker's knife. And the tracker's knife had 3 charges as I bought the sightstone.
