Mordekaisers shield

Even if he's not stacking a tanky build, he's probably building CDR which means his shield is up even more constantly at the cost of little to nothing. Tanky builds have his shield up as an extra chunk of HP with resistances but the shield isn't up nearly as often so to compensate for that, they take tanky items (health, armor, mr).[/quote]
