Reasons to downvote.

[/quote] Sheen First - So rushing Guinsoo's is better? Sheen will increase your early game damage by a lot, even if it's every 2-3 sec. Rushing a Guinsoo's is very expensive. Morello's - I said, Mejai's, DFG or Morello's. Morello's is still in discussion and in the air. However, it works fine. Skilling - You clearly don't know what you are talking about, and I don't even care if you're "1800" elo. Bushwhack helps your team scout bushes, and it'll tell your team to [b]engage or not.[/b] Bushwhack also trips 5 people if you're GOOD at it. It also does 80 at level 1 which isn't awful. [/quote] I hate to derail this thread (and I will get back on topic) but I agree about the guinsoo's thing. Rushing it is expensive - the first recall you probably won't have 860 gold to get a blasting wand and wards. Having items and wards when you go back to lane will give you a distinct advantage. You'll have a stronger heal/spear when you go back to lane, and wards to help counter jungle/prevent ganks. On topic, I think that if you get a person who down vote for ONE reason, consider yourself lucky. If they give on legitimate reason (not "i dont like your boots" when their activity log shows them saying the same to every other guide out there), then look over your guide again. Try to emphasize your reasoning in a certain spot, reply to their comment in a calm way, and maybe even put their question right into the guide. As an example, my kennen guide was downvoted by someone who said "i tried this build out, i did pretty well but I don't really like boots of swiftness or sheen. I prefer sorc shoes." So I looked over my guide, and I realized I didn't put enough contrast between sorceror's shoes and boots of swiftness. So I replied to both his complaints mostly with content from my guide regarding sheen, but I also put a question in the FAQ section regarding boots of swiftness vs. sorceror's shoes (thanks Jebus :P). So just address the single-complaint down voters with a calm demeanor and hope that those who see your comments and guide will be compelled to up vote because of your maturity regarding the matter. I also tend to up-vote those who take my suggestion in stride (either by adapting or explaining), and I down-vote those who are like "well it pwns" or "dude read the frickin guide you moron". Y'know, sometimes I don't catch a minor detail, so if someone like that answers, just reply with the answer in the guide calmly. The best guides WILL shine through trolls, so don't get demoralized when you get hit hard by a chain devoter.[/quote]
