I also solo killed him many times, I actually love Riven vs Nasus match up now because it really test my lane control skills. I killed Nasus before he reached his tower and he said it was a bitch move, denied him so much farm, was pretty hilarious. The Elise tried to help the Nasus out quite a bit and got me killed a few times, but because of that the other lanes for the enemy team lost.
