Because it might as well carpal tunnel syndrome, if it only hurts when you apply pressure to it. The symptoms of carpal tunnel syndrome are often pain when you apply pressure, decreased mobility and pain in different positions (may vary tho). For that, you only need some gauze over it (usually at least) to support it.[/quote]
