This is great and all, if it would actually work. Have anyone play 10+ games with this build and see how often it would work. That runepage though. Who would want to run that? It's like my page for Braum, just worse.

Thanks to The_Nameless_Bard for the sig!
You can use the runepage on basically everyone as everyone can use it. For no champ there are wasted stats.
As for the rejuvenation start, i already tested it in basically all my latest games and every time I won my lane through the sustain.
Best example: Unharmed as
Nasus through the lane against
Olaf.

And for the love of god, please don't use the experience from your own games as proof. Even as an ex-Diamond player I shouldn't ever think of doing that, it just doesn't mean anything.
Actually, although I don't believe in this build (due to all the reasons stated above, namely it lacking resistances and being WAY too expensive for a tank), I feel the urge to test the alternative start you mentioned on
Dr. Mundo. He has pretty strong regen and it might just work. Wouldn't have thought of this myself.

Where the **** do you get this ****? If your sterak's shield isn't lasting long enough in fights your are clearly using it wrong or building it on the wrong champions, your start is terrible on most top laners because it forces you to play like a little ***** and offers basically no benefit over just straight up starting corrupting potion. Frozen mallet is terrible evem in this build, 40 ad doesnt justify building it over any of the cheaper 500 hp tank items. Same for warmogs. I also dont see why most top laners would even build Trinity Force in that build, who were you thinking of? My problem with this build isnt that it has too many damage items and not enough tank items, double damage is fine, its that the items you choose are so poor that you end up not dealing damage or being very tanky. With that build the enemy adc is going to shred you and the enemy mid laner is going to chunk you to half health with 2 spells, especially if you plan to build GA as a last item after all those needlessly expensive items. I also dont see you being able to 1v1 the enemy top laner for a good portion of the game unless you're playing Trundle.
Ive been playing Jax almost exclusively for the past two weeks and I always go Hextech Gunblade into Triforce and then build situationally tanky while sometimes rarely adding in a BotRK and with that build I do easily over twice your damage and last a good amount longer in fights as well due to the sustain from gunblade and actual resistances. It might not be the best example because it's only on Jax, a fairly unique champion but i thought I'd add that. Im pretty sure it's similar for Irelia although i think they usually go tanky right after their first item triforce. It would be a lot easier to compare if you chose champions for this instead of just giving a "general build for bruisers" when most of them build either differently or entirely situationally.
@wayne while resitances dont necessarily counter %pen a deadmans or sunfire or randuins or spirit visage will still make you tankier against pen than say a frozen mallet
@swuft ive been spamming top lane in d4-d3-d2 for 2 weeks and i don't think people use that general build order anymore. Just my experience though, havent put much thought into it as I mainly play jax
@re4xn it might work on mundo but it my opinion it just makes you weak early on for almost no reason

And like wayne and vynertje said your "experience" counts as nothing, i can beat you and the people in your games with ****ing AP vayne but that doesnt mean ap vayne is good

2 Beads regen in 1 minute the amount of 1 Corrupting Potion stack. If you stay for 5 minutes in lane until you back it is definitly superior to start, especially because you gonna finish Corrupting Potion after your first back anyway.
I tend to use this build a lot on people with high early base damages but scale rather meh into late if you don't buy more offensive items. At this point this build works wonders.
Even if you want to build something else,
Rejuvenation Bead also builds into other items like
Raptor Cloak (which is a very strong earlygame item),
Tiamat (which you also often see early top these days) and
Crystalline Bracer which also builds into some usefull items. There is no way the beads go to waste.
