Rejuvenation Bead start is more consistent and superior to Corrupting Potion start. Rejuvenation Beads take 1 minute to heal as much as a stack of the Corrupting Potion doesn't make it more consistent if you're completely disregarding mana regen, damage and the fact that beads have "downtime" (when you're full health and therefore aren't actually healing) while CP stacks will only be used when you actually need to heal.

No it doesn't? Like on ADC for example it would mean you get to go back and get a BF Sword while the enemy ADC only gets a Pickaxe, and BF Sword on its own is mathematically superior to Doran's Blade + Pickaxe.
It's good because I saw Zuna do it once, and he wouldn't do it if it weren't good.
This just reminds me of your other revolutionary ideas that you refused to back up with actual evidence and ignored everything said by people who know better that ended up working so well
