Nice skin by the way.
Can you update it often?

Now for the scaling on Q and R being weaker. This is partially offset by the fact that you can generally acquire more AP than AD. And my build is actually hybrid because it includes Hextech Gunblade and Mortal Reminder!
And lastly, MF's kit (Q and E) allows to make a really good use of spell and on-hit effects (Liandry's, Luden's, Lich bane, Nashor's etc.). You should just give it a try, it's a really fun build honestly.
Now lets compate the 2 items. Both Lich Bane and Hextech Gunblade give 80 AP, but Hextech has an addtional 40 AD. So MF will obviously benefit more from Gunblade.
Lich bane gives extra damage on q sure, but the AD from Hextech compensates for it early, since q and passive scale with AD.
And last but not least the damage of lich bane is based on 50% AP and 75% base AD, and I already mentioned MF has the worst base AD in league and even compared to other mages she will miss out some 20-30 damage in the late game(most champions have at least 100 AD at level 18).
That doesn't mean that you shouldn't buy Lich Bane. I personally think it just shouldn't be bough as a FIRST item, but as a second item it can be quite good. But honestly I haven't tried lich bane and then Gunblade so it is possible I am underestimating Lich bane. Will followup if it works out fine in games.
Hybrid pen marks aren't bad, but I feel MF benefits more from raw damage than penetration. Don't forget you can get Hybrid pen from Precision. But feel free to try both ways!
Sorry for the long post!
