Greeting I love Lun Lun, its really nice guide keep making guides like this i like it i want to see more guides like this its nice guide and soraka is great support one of the best healer champs in league of legends only problem is that soraka is very squishy and if you know how to play soraka you wont die to much and you will lead your team to win.

That's a really awesome guide you have there!
I noticed that the font size and color seem somehow out of place. Maybe you'd want to check your BB Coding on that one.
But I truly love your "Tips and tricks" chapter. That one's basically full of important information about how to play Soraka and when to use her abilities. However, maybe you could be more precise like pointing out to deep ward, keep an eye out for respawning objectives like Dragons or Baron. :>
But these are just suggestions. Keep up your good work. <3

Hey there,
I really enjoyed reading your guide. I looove the "Tricks & Tips" section because I believe many game's outcomes can depend on what you mention there, like positioning. It's really helpful.
I'm actually playing Soraka with the third rune advice. I never thought about playing her with tp but I suppose you can actually be everywhere if you use it on time. Thanks for that inspiration! (;
Just one small piece of advice from me: I think it makes your guide more special and adds readability if you add some small pictures or visual tools. This way large texts seem less bulky and ensure you the reader's attention until the very last word of the paragraph. It's just a minor thing though.:)

Finally someone who uses Kleptomancy and Glacial Augment on a support!!
I've been playing with Inspiration on Sona for some time and people have been like
'are u mad, u playin Sona klepto?'.
They don't understand the power of these runes. :') Your guide is very helpful not only in terms of playing Soraka, but squishy supports in general. I find it very valuable when a guide speaks for a role as a whole, not just the champion. Good job, kudos for that.
Keep up the good work, I hope this guide gets to the first place someday - I find it fun and well... it works, what's better than a fun build that works?

It does but we have to be at least level 16 for it -that's why I am going to change it a bit so it will work better.

thanks for the feedback, that's what i had in mind as well. i do feel like this nerf was aimed directly at soraka though, as you lose too much if you go for this build -- like, you basically lose important options such as ardent censer, which i still think is op even after its last nerf. but it depends on your gameplay and your matchup so alrighty. but hey thanks for the guides, i'm excited to try klepto :)

Sorry for delaying my respone.
Soraka goes well with a Vayne.Vayne is my favourite to go with you know that you can heal her constantly and she knows she can deal so much dmg without being in danger.Vayne is strong enough to keep you alive in late game as well. It's a scary bot lane.
Tristana:Tristana is a very strong ADC,stronger than vayne? No but very strong? Yes.She also has a slow and she deals high burst damage with her E and she has an escape.Your slow and heal is a very efficient way to make plays.I believe parntering with a tristana will make the game so easy that the enemies will surrender immidiately.
Lucian is a champion that has a high burst damage with abilities+AAs he is a great champion to go with because when he is ulting he is vurneable to other attacks.He is a scary adc if fed and I played many games with him.Dash is a very useful ability that he has and he can come to you when he needs heal.Your font of life is the key to succeed with him his abilities proc it so easily.
Last but not least Ezreal.Ezreal is like my second favourite adc to side with Soraka he is great,he pokes with you and he is not in any grave danger.That way you can save more mana and also poke enemies more.His E is great for escapes it also makes him safer because he can hide behind us.His strength right now is immense if played right and the lane is easy to beat with him.
You know what?
Twitch your greatest enemy can be your greatest ally too. Bait enemies while he is in stealth.Your E can destroy them if you root them for him and he deals tons of damage.I prefer him as every other adc that is op.Mainly I pick Soraka when there's someone who deals a huge amount of damage.
You Soraka with Miss Fortune too,as I said soraka does well with almost everyone XD

Let's start off with masteries:
While they are generally fine, I disagree with taking over and taking over . is simply more valuable since you build next to no armor or magic resistance, thus making 's added health regeneration better for you. on the other hand is better if your job isn't to stay as far from the fight as humanly possible and keep your carries healthy. offers better laning and you have your summoners up more often which makes you more secure.

Summoner spells:
is sort of trashy on someone like , since you aren't exactly a kill lane with her. I wouldn't recommend anything else but or when it comes to her summoner spells since those are the ones that best suit her. is very situational and has very few uses apart from winning some 2v2 situations, which are already quite easy for your with lane.

Build:
and are not core build. is viable in many cases, but is basically never. Core build is strictly and . You should also start with (better gold gain]].

You don't mention or at all in your builds.

Hello my dear Janitsu,I see you check a lot of Soraka guides and I respect your opinion.However I tested my build and I put a lot of thinking and effort in my guide.It has over 60% win -rate for me and it won many games of mine both ranked and normal!
First of all,thanks for checking it out.I take Unyelding and Fearless because it is exactly the reason I can stay up to fights.I checked recovery and I still believe that with my build the best choice to go Unyielding and Fearless because you get extra armor and MR,while you already gain a lot of hp regeneration with the extra ap from spellthief's (from average poking you get all the stacks at least at min 14!)and Ardent Censer plus your runes.I've mentioned that I'd suggest Heal if you'd be able to convince your ADC mostly and I gave exhaust as a choice for summoner spells so I don't think we can argue there XD.Ignite though gives you that early aggressive lane that you need as Soraka,we are an Angel we cannot play like other Sorakas! I've won all ranked games with that certain build and Gurdian Angel is a must have with that build since we are the undying Tenshi right?.The benefits are that it gives armor and the passive in teamfights may forgive bad positioning,people tend to underestimate its power,plus we need Locket of the Iron Solari because of the crispy shield and the extra armor and mr! Yes it's a core build with this guide as it protects every ally of yours who is near and gives you time to react with Redemption and your other healing spells!
My guide is different so I'd like you to know that it's purely made because it works for me and I mention a lot of information about my choices.For example I disagree that Soraka doesn't have a kill lane.Ignite can deny enemy's heal summoner spell or general healing spells and regeneration.With an ADC that does know that you are able to poke that much you might as well kill someone early which a lot of times happened for us bot lane to gain First Blood,just because of Ignite.Insight is useful but instead we get Ionian Boots which is kind of the same! So I prefer fearless! Trust me there I understand Soraka's capability very well.
I simply do not mention Mikael's Crucible or Zeke's Convergence because in my opinion with this guide these items are not needed! For example you could take Mikael's but you lose either Redemption or Ardent which I don't agree with my guide.Zeke's is indeed a great item but again,I don't like it with this kind of a build,I might prefer it in later patches!
Last but not least,thanks for checking my guide out and I am honored!I do play Soraka a lot and with the items that you mentioned but simply with other builds,not with this one.Wether you decide to use it is up to you.You can't deny something unless you've tried it though right?

As for vs :

only increases bonus armor and magic resistance. You get 68,19 armour and 60 magic resistance with your build, thus giving you 3,41 armour and 3 magic resistance from . gives you 2 hp per 5 seconds, which is 24 hp per minute. By six minutes, you would get 144 HP from it, the equivalent of a . (I didn't take into account the time that you need to get bonus stats and the fact that you may not be low all the time)

I disagree with due to the fact, that it excuses poor positioning on . It gives you stats that you don't necessarily need, you need to invest 2400 g into it for it to become good on her and you could just get if you need survivability.

To your point on Unyielding vs Recovery, the difference is as follows:

A static+2hp/5sec for early laning phase (which is inconsequential come mid-late game).

A dynamic (based on any variations you make to the build in defensive itemization) +3.45 armor (check your math) and +3 magic resist.

If you want the extra +2hp/5sec regen, take it. More resistance? Take that instead. The difference between the two masteries is so insignificant, it shouldn't be a deal-breaker.

Also... lol. You didn't really read the guide, did you?.

@ I love Lun Lun states in the guide that you can swap Guardian Angel out for Warmog's Armor.

I checked my math.

You get 9 * 0,91 + 30 + 30 ~ 68,19

0,05*68,19=3,4095~3,41

And the difference is that you need items to get anything out of . It is insignificant throughout the game and provides you with even less than does. Therefore I can clearly state, that having even a mild effect in the early game compared to no effect in the entire game is better.

And I read the guide, but the cheat sheet is the part that mostly concerns anyone. Core items include two items that are expensive and you aren't even going to get in most cases. This would be fine if they actually were core items on her. is simply wasted stats as it is only better than in scenarios where you do not have proper positioning.

These things are clearly deal-breakers, as there are a lot of flaws concerning essential parts of the guide. You should also note that most of the people who come here to look for advice only skim through the cheat sheet and therefore miss out on the fact that can replace a core item. Core items are items that you should basically build in any case.

So what you say is,that a person spends hours on a guide and that doesn't matter because of the cheat sheet? non-sense.I wanted constructive critisism and this is not it,the main build for me is what I present at first,I give you some alternative items that you can choose from and you can replace them with the items I suggest.Of course we cannot agree on anything but you just deny my guide because I don't choose Recovery and that Guardian Angel is not a core item,so let's down vote then? I checked your league profile and you haven't even tried it once.How come you can judge it that badly? I don't like this harsh way people tend to have when they see something new and different.If you didn't like my guide then present me points that are not that nonsensical.
Improvise according to the games you play,"what do I need?" "Is this ok?"...but you haven't even tried the build yet.Please play with it and then tell me what you didn't like.

I am sorry if my English is lacking but you have misunderstood my point. The cheat sheet is the part that basically all of the people are going to look at, while the guide doesn't get nearly as many views due to its elaborate and descriptive nature. It is easier to quickly check the cheat sheet in loading screen or champion select rather than spend time learning a champion by heart via guides if you don't even know you want to invest time in that certain champion.

We can agree to disagree on the core build. If you think my points are nonsensical, it is up to you to decide whether you will act on them or not. I don't need to test certain builds on certain champions to tell that they are not the most viable choice on them due to my rather grand experience, especially when it comes to bot lane. I can say that the items are too expensive and too selfish for me to ever get them since I will always value items that give more to my team more. Therefore, I think we have different objectives; you are looking to survive and help the team that way. I always try to do the best to enable and enhance the potential in my teammates, even if it means that I will not be able to withstand the damage as much or that I will be dead for a noticeable amount of time.

Yes.That's exactly the reason I chose this, based on experience and knowledge,if Soraka cannot survive her team is more likely to die in my eyes,that is why I made the guide,I know that to some it won't be nice and of course we can't agree on everything but I present some ideas that are based on proffesional gaming and personal experience,therefore I wanted to share this guide for people who would be more experienced,I think I will make a Soraka guide in the future that will be easier to understand and a bit more mainstreamish so people will be able to master her.I am nto sure if I do it but...I am into it.

I doubt you've read my guide xD I said you can easily replace Guardian Angel with Warmog's Armor.This is just a build that I find fun and broken.It has more than 60% win rate as I said so...it works I believe.I prefer Unyielding because we already have that Regeneration from runes,biscuits and spellthief's ap.By the way I don't think you have played with my guide yet.Please do! I think you will like it.
P.S:I also mention in my guide that you can improvise and not use it entirely as it is.By the way may I ask the reason you down voted? I want to improve my guide if something doesn't feel right in general! Please give me feedback about your vote.
