I really liked the Guide i have just recently started playing jhin and doing that midlane is pretty interesting i think.

Is it still the case that Jhin mid is better than adc?

There haven't been any specific nerfs to the adc meta or buffs for Jhin (Giving his ult a bit more damage isn't really a buff) that make him more viable. I still think he's at a disadvantage, since we're still very reliant on hyperscaling champions, so mid is probably better atm
