Yea....that was an interesting game, for sure. Lucian was awful, but we pulled it through in the end.
It took me three games, but I finally had a passable one on Rek'Sai. Mastery Level 5!
The full damage build feels really good, minus the uber squishy part on a champion designed for engaging, so I found the some damage but largely tank build to suit my style better.

Not 100% sure myself, but often it is farm related. IIRC it looks at how you compare to all Rek'Sai's (or maybe at least all in your region). I know her win rate is decent in Korea the last time I looked so if it is Global it may just be that people are putting really good numbers on her.
I find it easier to get high ratings on champions that are not popular or have low win rates. See Aatrox for the longest time. He was rather easy to get Ss on, though I've also played him off and on for years so I had a decent idea of how to make him work.
