Cool rumble guide, +1 to motivate and to make it shine within rated guides :)

Some remarks :
Arcane comet is also interesting because lost into his flames enemy tend to not notice if it is triggered too (especially nice when they dive you or try all-in you.)
Maybe precise the Electro harpoon can be used twice but arcane can only proc once if within short time period even if you hit both the harpoons.

Otherwise clear and to the core points, nice job.

yeah i understand that it can only be proc'd once but with what i mean is that if you miss one you still have a chance to hit them again just if you hit both of them the slow is doubled and the duration is reset giving you a better chance to catch up and use to your advantage and with your Q it's hard to notice going off until you check your death review and see it dealt damage which is why i also always take simply because it will always hit unless they away or zhonya's or do something stupid while also slowing them letting your activate :) hope that clears a couple things up
