There's a View button next to the Save and Publish buttons on the right side of the guide editor. Clicking View will open a new tab with the current draft of your guide. If you want to check out any recent changes to your guide, hit Save and then View.

Ah, I forgot that video had the beta preview in it. I believe the beta was disabled a while back. I don't remember exactly why (wasn't involved in the decision) but I think it may have been unfeasible to fully implement it site-wide as opposed to just a small group of beta testers.
