I find it funny that we get christmas skin after christmas, so we can't wear them during their intended holiday. Would make more sense to hold the raffle the month before so we can wear them during the intended holiday.

Our gifting schedule for legacy skins is restricted by when Riot decides to make them available in store. We could have had a snowdown giveaway for November, but all the winners would have to wait a while for the snowdown skins to be available in store.

The other reason we do this in December is because it's more festive to have the winter giveaway this month instead of hosting it in November.
