do the people who coorperate with you (like Mobafire right now) ask for your permission before posting promotional images? Do you have to approve them or don't they even ask and just go for it? What are some good expiriences you've had with advertisers?

Hey Nico! I was wondering as a coach of a team, how does it feel when coaching the team during events, like let's say Msi or Championship etc. And how is it when it comes to teaching your team what to do, what strategies to use or related stuff like that.

I always suggest a rule like this: if you win 3 normals in a row -> You play ranked till you lose, rinse repeat.
If you don't even want to play a normal game, then maybe try to to the same rule just starting with ARAMs. If you don't find enjoyment in the game and you are not able to play at all because of it I would not recommend playing.

Setting in-game goals can be really helpful! Take proper breaks and be honest with yourself about how you feel and avoid playing ranked in bad mood!
A lot of good stuff in the course regaridng mentality and mindset and structure setting!
