The challenge is open for anyone to try. You're free to try it in any region, but the region you're in has to be able to accept rp codes or otherwise it'll be a bit more difficult for you to earn your prize but the staff will help you to be able to sort that problem out so that you get it. NA, EUW & EUNE are some examples of regions where this works fine. @ Games4Eva
