Long answer:
I really like the fact that you added a "first back" segment in the items section. There are some things that are now outdated in the guide and I would like to see them changed. For example, there is a segment for Ravenous Hunter, which has been removed from the game and the recommendation for Phage on first back (used to be built into Divine Sunderer)
As for builds to counter junglers, it completely depends on the jungler. If it's a burst AP user (say Evelynn), you can go
Before the recent patch to the jungle changes, her only reliable clear was starting from Red and doing the red side as it gave her the level 3 powerspike. But now you can get level 3 from both sides at the start so if you feel like you're going to be counterjungled then you can start from blue side instead.
Another route you can go if you're looking to gank/invade straight away is Red > Blue > Gromp as it still gives level 3.
The reason I think Red > Krugs > Raptors > the rest is a good route is because you're able to maximize experience & gold on your clear, not only this but you're also going to get both raptors & krugs up again when you're about to go for your second full clear after your first clear & gank (+ recall).
