Any humans with internal magical abilities and/or are magically, technologically, or chemically altered do not count. A regular human is one who isn't altered in any way and doesn't possess any magical abilities. [[gangplank]] is a regular human as he has no internal magical abilities and isn't altered in any way. As for [[pantheon]], he's considered as a Former Human / Other. These were formerly human but have been significantly altered to not be considered as such or have become a different race.
