The ability to constantly spam summoner spells mid-late game is just too strong I guess.
Hahahah Well it was more of an rhetorical question then a question I would need an answer for :DD
As you said the late game power of this rune was just insane in high levels of play. I am just a little bit mad that they nerfed it in both early & late game so this rune is now absolutely useless in low elo now. If they would keep the early game power but they would nerf the late game - I think it would be a lot better :/

Hello and welcome to the MOBAFire Patch Summary - 10.15!
This patch introduces a variety of new changes coming to champions having Fiddlesticks, Irelia and Yuumi being among the few targets for this patch. This patch will also include changes to some support items as well as Unsealed Spellbook. Lastly, patch 10.15 also features VFX changes to Ahri and Udyr along with a completely new returning gamemode called Nexus Blitz, featuring a new theme in an ethereal realm of wondrous magic and bloom.
