Just wanted to say good job for this guide, if you want, I found a new way to play yuumi top on my guide :D

Thanks SunFalk! I like your guide! I initially put this guide out in order to jump in before anyone else when Yuumi came out. As you can see, it hasn't been updated for 11.xx, but I do see more people trying out Yuumi TOP. I'll have to try out your builds!

Hey Godot,
I stumbled across your guide today and I have to say I like your courage by trying to play top or mid since most people would probably consider that a troll pick.
You wrote that in late game 's role would mainly become the one of a healer. So I wondered why you wouldn't want to build for her late to ensure a higher amount of heals. Also, I think that some ability power items make sense but when the game is heading toward mid or even late game, it would probably make sense to build some more items that would benefit the team - like or .
But these are just suggestions. :)
Anyway, keep it up. +1 from me for the idea and the courage.

I do have a Hybrid/Healer as Build #3 which includes (as you mentioned) using Ardent Censer and Athene's Unholy Grail. The other two builds were attempts for people who wanted to continue to be more dps/mobile in the later game.

Hey Godot,

Honestly i feel like it's not as worth going any other lane other then , i love the idea though, it's great. But i feel like you can utilize her kit more as then any other lanes, just my personal opinion though.

I'll still upvote the guide, it's great.

Just for saying, yuumi's poke his awsome! Her passive is a auto with a bigger range that gives mana and a shield, she has one of the best sustain because of her healing, her wave clearing isn't good, but its very great to have difficulty pushing and just freezing wave becauze it learns you how to freeze lane and you very harder to gank or to all in. Has for wave clearing, build a ruuman's to be able to auto multiple minions at once, then go tiamat and then go guisnoo's to proke tiamat 2 times, and then you're split pushing possibility's are just sooooo good ;)

As I continue to play, I'm starting to lean more towards your thinking. Unlike any other support, the current Yuumi looks like she can't clear or poke well enough to hold a lane herself. Even Lulu and Janna have better waveclearing. I'll continue to experiment and see if there is a more viable build for Yuumi in the meantime.

Hi @ Godot,

I took a quick look through your guide and I saw you put 5 points in your W . This ability has only 4 possible skill points, you start with a point in it at the start of the game even before leveling another ability. Your Q on the other hand has 6 possible skill points.
So you should put a point in this ability at level 1 and not in your W because your will have both available then.
