This is basically an item to provide AD & armor for champions as Urgot, Xin Zhao, Renekton etc.
I know such champions are already commonly considered a bit OP and that Riot wants to nerf them

Build from Brutalizer & Glacial Shroud
Price: 3950 gold?

35 AD
50 Armor
25% CD-reduction
15 Armor Penetration
250 mana

Unique Active:
You are immune to stuns and taunts for 2 seconds

The active seems OP, but 2 seconds is not much and it requires skills to time it perfectly, since you may be stunned right before you use it. What it can do is to flee from champions like Shen and Sion or make it easier for some champions to initiate a teamfight, if your team lacks a tanky initiater like Rammus and Malphite.

I have never come up with an item idea before, so I have no idea if this is OP or UP, too pricy or too cheap?

It is & it doesn't. :P

Plus, since Riot wants to nerf tanky DPS this item would probably be bad to put in.

Well, that is true. I have just found myself to be wanting an item providing damage and defensive qualities. Mages have Abyssal Scepter and Zhonya's Hourglass, but I often miss to have an item like that, when playing Xin, Urgot etc,

By way of CDR, melee champs don't have much, and I think Riot intended it to be that way.

TBH tanky DPS is good enough as is and doesn't need another item.

This would also be the absolute first pick for every ranged carry on the planet. Flat ArP, AD, CDR, and survivability. Hell, stack that with a Ghostblade and you've got insane CDR and ArP, two things that most champs lack.

That active would work nicely with Olaf's ultimate ("extend" it with 2 seconds).

If you're looking for something with AD and armor, get a Madred's Bloodrazor or a Wriggle's Lantern.

On topic: I think if it weren't for the excessive CDR, it'd be a pretty balanced item. However, it's quite underpriced compared to some other heavy AD items (because it gives so many stats). the bloodrazor, infinity edge, and trinity force are all common AD champion items that are incredibly expensive.

Also, glacial shroud has mana. Where'd the mana go?

Trojan:
Forgot about the mana, and I agree that it is underpriced, around 4000 would be better. I just don't find Wriggle's Lantern nor Madred's to be that effective on all tanky AD champions.
Never mind this item, I guess the idea wasn't that good after all xD
Madred's does not provide that much armor anyways.
I see you guy's point, maybe my next item idea will be more balanced x)
