Just found occasionally another issue on the Items' filter:
Apparently
Horizon Focus is not being filtered by Ability Haste.
If there is something else to be found and I stumble into it, I guess I'll keep using this thread.

So, I think I've accidentally found a new one:
Lich Bane is not being filtered by Ability Haste apparently.I remember that Item didn't get any AH Stats many Patches ago; as the Item got the slight rework, it might not have been updated for the filters.

One case I'm certain of: if we look for
I suspect I've already seen additional inconsistencies regarding other filters/Items, but I cannot confirm that currently. Maybe it would be relevant to assess what's going on.
