Why i am getting Warmogs on Shen is not Ki Strike...

There is no valid item for shen that has both HP and Magic resist.
What i usualy do is Boots->Sunfire->Warmog->FoN->XXX
Warmog is a prequel to FoN. I think it is one of the best combo for magic resist.
Ofc you could go for Rylai->FoN, but you are loosing some HP regen which is realy realy visible later in the game.

I'm laughing with all the people throwing ignites in your face.
Also, the regen only totals about 140~150. :P
And that's still only 30~40 per second, which isn't a big deal. Armor, Magic Resist, CC, and unique passives are better. :)
I'm laughing at the people who put ignite on a tank.
Besides, regen is helpful for when you're out of battle and you need to go somewhere, but you're at half health. With that much regen, you'll be full health by the time you get where you're going.
