personally i'd start with boots then buy your build the same way cause you want those boots for early lane control
instead of frozen mallet could switch it up with triforce, but it doesn't really matter, one allows for constant slows and mass HP the other allows for strong DPS with your onhit and more speed for positioning

Looks like that Garen carried most of the game.
And, Vamp scepter is a bad starter imo. You have to auto-hit to use it, and that meas you're easy to harass because you're always near the creeps, and you push the lane. :/

i was doing atk speed marks, hp/lvl seals, mresis/lvl glyphs/ armour pen quints, but should i change those quint's to m.pen or not? :/

@mowen: he's basically building as, he doesn't need mpen, cripples his dps (what there is of it, anyway)

The build has mostly magic damage. That's a good reason to get the MrP boots imo.
