I just did a practice to get a feel for it and started cloth and one hp then madreds and boots first trip then merc treads, bloodrazor, GA, Malady, sunfire, and banshee's. Seems like a nice combo.
The cool thing is malady does the same thing TBC does, but in regards to magic damage so if you initiate then your ap nuke nukes the **** out of the carry you are good to go.

That's the point. It actually used to be better when it was 12 armor per hit up to 5 hits, because your ult hits 5 times so that's an almost instant -60 armor on a target.

My ideal tanky WW build would be Bloodrazor+Spirit Visage+Sunfire/Randuin/GA+Banshee+Wit's End/Black Cleaver.

Razor -> Wit's End -> Bloodrazor
Bloodrazor is better mid game then early game. Wit's End is cheaper to build and stronger against anyone with less then 1.1k HP.
Wit's End + Bloodrazor = light armor + light magic resist.
You are not close to tanky DPS.
I'd recommend a Black Cleaver next for damage.
But if you're serious about going TANKY dps, then I'd get Aegis or Frozen Mallet next.
Both very good items on Warwick if you're going more tank then dps.

If it's tanky dps, madred's/wriggles + wit's end for armor+mr. Then straight armor items.
Black Cleaver isn't tanky dps, it's straight dps, but it's very powerful since your ult will proc all 3 stacks and let you hit like a truck after.
Spirit Visage isn't worth it anymore since the nerf.
