Yeah, but it's also really clever what they've done. Unless it was already dirt cheap and THEN went on sale, 350 RP isn't enough to buy anything. But giving 350 free RP provides the incentive to buy that last little bit that you don't have to buy that skin or champion.

basically, with how **** the servers have been, they're giving everyone 350 rp. not much but you can buy a 520 skin that goes on sale.
