Early Tower Kill

I'm assuming if youve pushed a tower early you are at least a little fed and are good. My friend and I tried this. Pushed top. Switch mid. Pushed mid. Switched bot. Pushed bot. Complete map control, huge global gold advantage. I would suggest going as a team 5v5 and pushing. They will all have to go mid and defend. Your minions are stronger. They will push on their own.
