I think I know why. My buddy and I do really well when we queue together. I solo top as Swain usually. He jungles Shaco. I can 1v1 insanely and 1v2 fairly well. We usually get quite a few kills and push our tower early. Example game at 10 minutes:
Then we proceed to lose the game. Happened like five times this week. Pissed me off soo much.
I continued pushing my lane when it was pushed back. Shaco just jungle/ganked after that. I could handle 1v2 top easily by myself. However, the other 2 lanes would lose their towers soon after. Why?
Because I should have switched mid. Mid should be outleveling top and I'm fed. I'm assuming if youve pushed a tower early you are at least a little fed and are good.
My friend and I tried this. Pushed top. Switch mid. Pushed mid. Switched bot. Pushed bot. Complete map control, huge global gold advantage. I would suggest going as a team 5v5 and pushing. They will all have to go mid and defend. Your minions are stronger. They will push on their own. You should also be far more fed than the other team. GG

When I play a farmer I love pushing down a fast turret. Go help another lane and a minute later there is a huge blob in the lane just waiting for you. Seems like an advantage if you use your advantage correctly, especially at mid.
