Kinda but Jebus said, but I wouldn't recommend the flat HP seals. The scaling ones are usually stronger.
I'd like to add a few, here's what I recommend for the different champions:
MrP or ArP marks (Alistar has both physical and magical damage so I'm not sure what to get)
MP5 seals
CDR glyphs (MR works too if you're cheap :P)
MS(movement speed) quintessences
MrP marks
Armor
MR glyphs
MS or HP quints
Rammus IS a jungler so he should be using ArP marks.
Armor seals
MR/lvl glyphs (MR works too if you're cheap)
MS or HP quints (I usually go HP, but MS makes his ganks real scary)

I know it's not my thread, but a silly question for the MR glyphs:
Is it best to pick scaling or flat MR?
Is it different from champ to champ (scaling/flat)? If yes, why?
I see Jebus choosing scaling, Searz choosing both, and PFP both too. Please .. Enlighten me! :D

Since you have to adapt the rune page for all those tanks, I would choose the runes like Jebus. However, I would choose MS quints instead of flat HP quints - I see the flat HP quints as only useful at lvl 1-3 or something. MS is useful all game.

Flat is better if you need that early-game MR and scaling is obviously much better late game. I guess its really preference, but usually I see squishies running flat and tanks electing to run scaling.
Scaling are better on any jungling champion. After that it's just preference for what you'd want in the lane. I simply like flat because it helps you win the lane more easily.

I'm just posting the most related statement off the top of my head.
My concept is, if you have those runes, you'll have the experience to pick out further runes.
If you don't have all those runes yet, it's not really a good idea to be looking to make more specific runes pages, because there's a high probability you'll find those specific runes useless or find interest in a new champion who doesn't benefit from those runes.
