Wait I never use self casting, if you use that, and use the heal, does it auto heal you every time? does it heal an ally if you have your cursor over them?

I use it on Urgot, Kat, LeBlanc, Singed, Olaf, Vlad, and Zil, just makes my combo faster.

Smartcast is also very strong on any champion that needs to get off a few select skills in a VERY short amount of time, such as Annie or Veigar's "instagib" combo. It's highly recommended that you have your main initiating skill ( Summon: Tibbers, Event Horizon) on regular cast so you can see its range, however.
