Suggestion: For newly made accounts.

[/quote]Is that a fact or your opinion? If it is a fact do you have the means to back it up? Also, to me troll votes are any votes that lack comments. What's the point of downvoting if you're not going to say why you don't like the guide or how it can be improved? I'd rather have someone say he doesn't like a build for a stupid reason than someone who has the most legit of reasons but decides not to comment. Those who don't give their opinions are nothing but trolls.[/quote]
