I would like to ask some questions of sorts before I make a request?
Do you mind re-coloring individual pieces of a picture in addition to the picture as a whole? Ex. Hair color, clothing, et cetera?
(I'd normally look for the answer in previous posts but there are 62 pages...I'm sure you can understand?)

I'd like a signature of the Ezreal Nottingham Skin (Chinese version of course).
I would like it to be very bluish, as it is my favorite color. ^_^
I don't want the standard username text...I'd like the kanji on my avatar to be used instead.
For extra credit, I would like the hair to be made a bright blonde, and the once-green cloak to be made a dark blue.
