A lot better late game, still shines early/mid game, however if fed (why'd you feed an Annie!?) is a force to be reckoned with late game and must be focused.

She feels extremaly powerfull now in midgame especialy.
When she has Q and W maxed her QW or WQ combo deals exeptional damage not even considering the 80% ratio on the W that is AoE!!
She feels more like LeBlanc now that can take anyone down within 1 combo with ease, + she deals alot more AoE damage and stun > silence. Also the stun can be AoE based unlike the silence on LB.
Imho, the rework was totaly not needed. She was powerfull already but not many ppl played her since she was kidna boring. Now she is OP imho.

That's the problem if you target her while she has her ult up you're done for, but even before she was buffed she had this capabilities. Not as many people played her noticed as much.
But yeah, she's a little "OP" but not enough for her to be banned every ranked game.

Early MR still is a pretty hard counter against Annie. You'll need a strong laner though.

The only thing that bothers me is that she's still a phenomenal laner.
