He seems like he is similar, and although they may share some similar things, really he is much diff than Mundo.
Q is a speed up for him and an AoE nuke stun.
The W does not make a ring of fire around him but does an AoE blast with damage.
The passive gives stuff if he has taken dmg recently, as well as an AoE.
and the ult is basically a Zilean ult on himself that gives him more dmg when he revives.

Only his ult uses mana, but it doesn't even use mana. It activates if you have over 50% mana, but doesn't use any mana.
The reason for this is you can shut down his ult with mana burning items :3

im not saying he is a direct copy of mundo just like how rumble wasnt a direct copy of chipper.

hes a tanky character that uses health as a resource, second spell sets him on fire and hurts enemies near him, third spell boosts his damage, and his ultimate 'revives' him
