The fourth build is the best, but you can ofc get a Youmuu's Ghostblade instead of the Infinity Edge. You can also change the Warmog's Armor for a Frozen Mallet.

I personally don't like Frozen Mallet very much. Your team should have enough cc to hold the team in place. And if you spin you don't hit with Frozen Mallet Also, Frozen Mallet is outclassed by lizard buff. Because of this, Warmog's Armor is for me better. It maybe needs time to farm but it gives you together with Force of Nature hp-regen like Dr. Mundo.
But why is Bloodthirster ****? It gives the most ad of all items. Yes, Lifesteal is useles, but the ad works best. But The Brutalizer instead can never hurt^^.
And Infinity Edge is for me the better choise. Yeah, Youmuu's Ghostblade gives you very much stats, but the active is a bit useless. I think increased crit dmg on Judgment is better.^^

I said that you team should have enough cc, lizard buff is only the alternative. And if your team focus one, he/she will be cced. And as Garen, I am everytime faster as my opponents. Why slow them, if i fast enough?

The Bloodthirster is bad for Garen. Period. Infinity Edge is much better. Youmuu's is NOT useless. Being faster to inflict more Judgement on fast people is really really good.
I'd do this:
-Boots of Swiftness + Sunfire Cape (Core)
OFFENSE Situationals:
-Youmuu's Ghostblade (DON'T COMBINE WITH LAST WHISPER)
-Infinity Edge
-Last Whisper (DON'T COMBINE WITH YOUMUU'S GHOSTBLADE)
DEFENSE Situationals:
-Aegis of the Legion
-Force of Nature
-Randuin's Omen
-Guardian Angel
-Thornmail
-Warmog's Armor
HYBRID Situationals:
-Frozen Mallet
-Hexdrinker
-Atma's Impaler (with enough health)
Also: If you trust your team, you will fail. Frozen Mallet is good for the AD and HP too you know.
