I get 04:15 with offensive masteries, but I don't think 15sec faster is worth it..
And that's ONLY when going the blue to golems path. Otherwise utility is just as fast or just a few sec slower.

I generally start with cloth armor and two potions, but attack speed runes give me the equivalent of a dagger from the beginning, so I usually keep up with mid and solo lane in level. I usually go blue to golems and i'm usually nearly full health when I'm finished. ww's such a great jungler though so there are so many ways to start off his jungle

tbh, as Jebus pointed out - as WW you want to speed up your jungle as much as possible.
Going armor seals and a mix of AS/Arp quints/marks/glyphs works very greatly for me along with 16/0/14 masteries ^^
