I agree with a majority of these changes, especially the ones to Nasus/Veigar. These champs have always been so difficult to balance because of their potentially infinite power late game.

Just above average potential.
If a Veigar works real hard with Baleful Strike, he'll get about 200~250 extra AP from minion kills and Champ kills.
If he gets fed, maybe 300+
Technically, they're balanced right now. (Excluding Nasus' Wither being terrible)
It's just, if people don't use them properly, they end up weaker then your average champion, which sucks, or that "above average" power is way out of line.

Yeah I understand, by infinite I mean they can continue to get better after having 6 items.

Ice Blast is far superior.Wither's interaction with tenacity is problematic, as the 35% shaved off by merc treads is the best portion of the spell

hoping for wither buffs and some love for nasus. dont like they are planing on changing his Q i really really like the mechanic. its the most fun part of nasus!
as they said for vlads and jax passive. dont nerf jax. dont do it. no. not again. or if you do nerf his passive buff his ultimate atm so easy to break.
well it seems like a really really interesting patch and i hope GP and Fid really get some love. but i actually like gp now except for one thing. his ultimate is to easy to just run out of because its small, slows for nothing and deals very little dmg. unless you stand in it for full duration and as said you just take 2 steps and are out of it.
oh yeah malz nerfs oh yeah.
but i hope they dont just nerf op champs i like to see buffing up champs more.
