It's not bad but, the only people who would build it are tanks and they tend to die a lot. There's not much potential for keeping stacks there.

It's an underpowered stacking item. Stacking items are bad enough as it is, so don't bother with it..

The two champions I have seen build Leviathan are Soraka and Shen. Shen with full/any stacks is hard as hell to kill.

The passive is worth,( 100/ (85/(resist+100) )-100 -resist
If you aren't sure you can stack it, it's not worth it. (Just buy a Giant's Belt yo.)
It becomes worth 50 resistance once you have 184 of a resistance.
Speaking of Soraka, it's only worth 31 armor and 25 magic resistance. (I.E. Aegis is better.)
If you had both, it would be worth 36 armor, and 32 magic resistance, so it would be worth 560g+493g+2116g, a total of 3169g.
As a comparison, Warmog's Armor is worth 3536g without factoring in the health regen.
