Wards Can no longer be targetted with most spells (Rammus powerball, Blitzcrank hook, lee sin's jump).
Experience & Gold on champion kills changed a little: Killing streak worth 500g at MOST (from 1000g).
Experience changes: You get more EXP from killing a higher level opponent, and less experience from killing a lower level opponent.
Gold Per 10 items: Unique per item, cannot stack 2 Philo or 2 Heart of Golds or 2 Kage Picks, however you can have 1 philo 1 heart and 1 pick, and still get the effect from each.
Lifesteal & Spellvamp overhaul: Ignite and Spirit Visage effect lifesteal & spellvamp directly.
Hitting someone who had a shield on would not give you an assist, not get lifesteal, and not have the enemies ability broken (Teemo/MF movement passives/Boots of Mobility). This has been "Fixed".
Rumble's Ultimate: Cooldown Up, Range down, damage on burn down, AP scaling hit.
Vayne: lowering damage scaling on Q by 15%, E is losing base damage, R is losing free +damage.
Vladimir: His early ranks of Q have more damage, but rank 5 has lower damage, and cooldown up to 4 from 3.
Jarvan: % current health on passive from 10 to 8, couple stats on flag lowered.
Evelynn: No stun anymore, now slows instead.
Stealth Remake: Want to make stealthers fun to play AND play against.
Gangplank passive rework: 3 stacking slow & damage passive, similar to current, but with a 10% slow that stacks 3 times, duration from 10 seconds to 3.
Fiddlesticks: Increasing damage per rank on Dark wind, Buffing AP ratio on crowstorm to .45 from .4 , channel duration on crowstorm from 2 to 1.5 seconds.

Nunu is getting his slow changed to 20/30/40/50/60% slow instead of 40/45/50/55/60%

The innate slow won't do shot unless he can stack 3 parleys on you. Also, if he gets close enough to auto attack he should be ****ing dead because of how squishy he is. If he sacrifices damage for speed he'll just do less damage and slow people, that's pretty pointless.

Reworking XP/Gold on champion kills
--- Stopping a killing streak capped at 500g (instead of 1000g)
--- More XP/Champ Kill if opponent is ahead in levels, less if less
Gold/10 Items getting changed, unique per item. (No more HoG/Philo stacking BUT you can still get two different items and get twice the gold/5 )
Lifesteal/spellvamp overhaul: Ignite will affect them now (as will healing reduction effects, like Miss Fortune's Active W)
Shields won't WILL WON'T block assists/lifesteal/spellvamp
NERFS:
Rumble's ultimate CD up, dmg/range down
Lowering Vayne's Q (-15%), E, R damage
Vlad's Q : More dmg early, less dmg later, CD at rank 5 is 4s (instead of 3)
Jarvan's passive 10% to 8%, reducing flag toss stats
Evelynn is losing her stealth stun (it is now a slow, scales w/ stealth level)
