well if there's no buff to eve, she's basically unplayable now, her strength lies in her ability to damage you greatly without fear of too much retaliation, without a stun, she won't be able to take down even one enemy without getting counter focused. I suppose this means people can stop banning her in ranked.

Realistically, it just means that she's more focused on being an Anti-Carry as apposed to a character that is forced to roam or else she's not viable.
Also, no one knows what the stealth rework will do to Evelynn.

It probably will now, since they reduced the duration to 3 seconds.
That's probably why they're saying Jungleplank will gank well as well as jungle faster.
