Btw, Jarvan's passive isn't 8% of total HP. It's 8% of CURRENT HP.
10% of total HP would be super OP :P

Reap the ability to bounce an extra time for every minion it hits, for a maximum total bounces of 8/9/10/11/12. Instant solid farming, could even make him a pusher if this was added.
@Gangplank: Personally, I think Gangplank is in a good place.
He's suppose to be a melee carry. The only thing that's a problem is, his early game is way stronger then that of Master Yi or Tryndamere.
Trynd has UP issues early game, and if you've been reading the forums, someone can play Master Yi mid win against just about anyone, kind of like Lanewick.
If they were to change anything, I would say revert the heal buff they did to
Remove Scurvy during his rework. Also, lower the healing at all ranks.
But, add a condition where, if he successfully removes a crowd-control effect with it, the healing is tripled. This would cap his lane-power, while giving him that needed survivability for combat that Tryndamere has with Bloodlust + Undying Rage and Master Yi has with Meditate.
@Jax:
His
Leap Strike was squishing people. >_>
The scaling was actually the problem. People with AD/AP runes, could make it insanely strong as soon as they got a few items early game.
The base is weak, it wasn't the problem.
@Rumble: Agreed, his Flamethrower is still ridiculous.

Nice read, I wasn't aware they nerfed Jarvan O.o... oh well, he's still a beast.
Nice to see someone from CLG actually participating and conversing on the forums :P

His scaling was fine. It's the early damage that is a bit too much and thus the base should be nerfed.

So, 3 things that made me think (Ya, I perform this action from time to time).
1. Gankplank
He doesn't feel THAT OP as let's say old Vlad or Evy, but yet, his slow becomes ridiculous with Red Buff and
Phage/
Frozen Mallet. He is an instant death once you see him late game. With at least 75% Crit Chance, 250-60% Crit damage, Life Steal, like... 50% slow on each hit, 1,6-1,7 Attack Speed and horribly big Movement Speed, he kills everyone on spot. He is viable now, but totally outranks most of Late Game Champions (especially with free
Cleanse) each 10 seconds.
2.
Vladimir
Okay, so as main Vlad that 1 second didn't make any difference to me. Vlad players just ****ted on this I suppose. What I liked was increasing his level 1
Transfusion to 90 damage, giving you 100 damage with AP Quints, that's quite damn lot at rank 1 + it heals and is free. If you build Vlad CDR (is there any other option now?) you get 2,4 CD on your Q, that's like pre-nerf Vlad, a bit slower, but I'm used to it since I was using Sorc. Shoes.
Actually, why not nerfing
Sanguine Pool. You struggle to kill him for 15 seconds then he just pools and trolls you. Someone mentioned it (probly Jun) to make it static, so that he will need to waste at least that Flash to get back from you. With 2 changes they could add 10-15 damage to his Ultimate at each rank since tbh, it seems weak to me until I get itemized. Not like Nunu's or Malzahar's.
3.Jax and Xin
All I have to say to Riot balancing team: You guys are full of laughs.

So this is actually the 3rd time I did this and for some reason it just stopped recording after Rumble and I am far too aggravated to do it a 4th time. First two times it just didn't record at all (I pretty much hate XSplit, continues to crash on me all day long) so I am posting what I did manage to record. Again sorry for the delay and sorry for not the full episode, next week hopefully have all this **** worked out and I can give you guys a full quality episode!
Hope you enjoy it anyways!
