Enjoy [/quote] I really get a kick out of reading the tier lists. I do like that you wrote more than usual, I like the long explanations. I find it interesting that Rumble is top of tier 1 now, even after significant nerfs to his damage and cooldowns. Seeing shen fall off and being a frequent shen player I definitely have felt the effects of his nerf and the metagame shift, he just doesn't fit all that well on a team and the Q and the early game R nerfs really hurt him, not to mention his W is near worthless. One thing is that I do feel singed to be a bit low, I really think that his ability to disrupt and capitalize on poor positioning make him a bit higher in tier 2, and his passive allows him to build an absurd amount of effective health Another thing that caught my eye was the lack of Swain being dropped out of tier 1, the nerf to his ultimate healing really hurt him a bit and I just feel that he should have been dropped a bit. I mean he still has amazing laning power and is basically untouchable in that aspect, but he just had a perma-ignite thrown on him basically and he is just less of a force in teamfights, or at least that is what I feel from my playing experience post-nerf. (though I hear next patch he is getting buffs to compensate)[/quote]
