Warmog is the best hp item anyway.
Great for Regen and magic resistence.
Thornmail for armor/return damage (swappable with FoN)
Great for most mana-required tanks (Getting catalyst early)Possible reordering, but 2 armor items, 2 magic resist items and 1 health item is my way to go :)
