yeah the guardian angel is not an very bad idea, but every thing I post I always say is an OPTION , I posted many options of builds so people can try everything out.
haha and thanks for the stuff you said I appreciate really much and with the bad champs to face, im creating a section " Tips in mid " to talk about the champs you will probally face it , its a big section so it will take a while. Thankss!!

Here we go! =)
I've decided to give your guide a smacking thumbs up, not only for your understanding of playing Vladimir but because the guide overall has many nice little puns (including the best one in the title), many colorful paragraphs, and good information in general. I’ll put the spelling and grammar mistakes aside, so as long as I understand what you’re saying. =D

Alright, your summoner spells are good. I personally use Ghost, but Flash is a great alternative. Your masteries are also pretty sound. Your runes are good, but I think you should grab the AP per level runes instead of the flat AP runes because Vladimir stays in lane for longer amounts of time due to his Transfusion. However, the other runes are great and just where they need to be.

As for items, they’re mostly standard Vladimir items, with some items popping out such as the Guardian Angel. It’s actually not a bad idea. I’ve tried it and my Sanguine Pool had enough time to get off of cooldown after my GA saved me so I could pool out of the sticky situation. I will have to say one thing, however: you don’t have enough Magic Penetration in your build! Other than your runes and masteries, nothing in your build provides mPen. I would suggest a Void Staff or an Abyssal Scepter somewhere in your build, perhaps replacing that Guardian Angel or the Zhonya’s Hourglass. If I was going against a totally owning Vladimir using a build similar to yours, I would stack a lot of Magic Resistance. However, the other items are great.

Reading your guide and giggling (yes, giggling =P) at some of the lame puns, I really liked how you colored your text and included many pictures. Sometimes I just glare at walls of text on some of my school textbooks or at other builds on Mobafire, and really don’t feel like reading them. You spice it up a bit here. =D

Within your text, I see that your explanation for the items, runes, and masteries are optimal and skill usage is pretty good. I like the sections where you have which champions are good to play with, but you don’t have a section for which champions are bad to play against! I really think that you should add a section for this, as it would beef up your build. Good job on the rest, however.

Well, I’m tired of typing, so bravo to your build that actually makes sense, unlike some of the other builds on this site. I wish you happy gaming, and enjoy my review and a nice +1.
-speedolphins =D

EDIT: Just noticed I wrote a wall of text. Whatever.

Lucidity boots should stay in. The 15+9+10%= 34% CDR, which allows skill spam. If you want bonus movement speed, just get something in the Movement Speed section.

Yeah your right shen, i added the option of swiftness there on items as you can see, the build still under construction tho, still need to put many things, thanks for commething however, and im trying boots of swifftness in my build to see if its better then lucidity or sorcerer shoes :D

Hextec rushing allows you to stay in lane longer when you get it because it allows you added heal on top of your already strong heal. giving that "OMG Y WONT THIS GUY DIE" effect because of the fact that if they dont burst you down without hextec you will be healing for 62.5. however with hextec you will be healing for total of 128.5(62.5 base+ 10 from AP + 56 from spell vamp) assuming, you max this first, thats 128.5 on a 4 sec CD.

boots of Swiftness allows you to move faster in your pool. the utility with a fast moving pool is great.lets say you are stupidly pushing a tower while annie is mia. all of a sudden annie walks out of a bush with bur stun and ignite. immediate reaction: pool and gtfo... right? well when you come up boom fireball stun ignite flame cone tibbers combo and you sit there and think if i had only been faster. also it allows you to harass a little better run up quicker, q, run away before your partner in this dance they call laneing can retaliate. There are just so many different reasons that you would wan to be faster

Yep, I noted that if it was straight up damage it's easier to tank. Of course you should sanguine stuns and slows :P. Also if you want to put your scores in your guide a rather, barbaric solution would be to use the printscreen key on your endgame screen. Paste it in a paint program, (edit?) Upload it and use the URL. +1

Hahah thanks Incediax I didnt saw that ! :D
And Parlour Trickster yes its better if you take the damage, but if it is in a situation where the enemy is chasing you, like a sion in front and whole bunch of people behind him , if he sends you his stun its better if you try and dodge it instead of taking the whole damage :D

I feel as if alot of the motivation for the item purchase was ripped directly from my guide, along with the text. Aside from that, it's nice to finally see a decent build from another Vladimir player. +1.

EDIT: Also, Remove the "Blasting Wand" from your purchase order near the end. It doesn't build into Zhonya's, Chainvest does. :p
