Urgot and the others aren't really carries, I only mentioned carries.
On Yorick I think TBC is better. Agree with the rest, BUT all of those but pantheon should build tanky and LW isn't the best item for a tanky champion.

It's stats just aren't worthwhile relative to how much armor people build or how much AD most champions want from an item; plus, the general nature of %armor-penetration.
Because WuKong has 3 physical damage dealing abilities though, LW barely suceeds in being a situational item in my opinion.
