Think about the simple simple simple math: 1:1 ratio is 50% score. If you have 1 vote under that, you have 2 + votes and 3 - votes.
You can also go on the build and guide search page to find your guide, and it will show upvotes/total votes there, so that there is still a way to find it if people REALLY want to know.
