Don't need CDR, don't really need mana regen since late game all you use mana for is heals and cluth spears really, just take blue if you are REALLY desperate, and the AP is meh...waste of an item slot IMO.

Care to share some of those more useful items Wrath? I know Morello's is not the best item for Nidalee, but it is really useful, since her pounce, swipe, takedown combo always seems to be off unless you have max CDR. The AP is not great, but it is useful especially with Rabadon's.

What about Nashor's Tooth on Nidalee?
Since you talk about wanting max CDR and Nidalee does use her basic attacks some a little AS can be a decent choice.
I prefer it to Guinsoo's on Nidalee unless I'm going hybrid (which I have been known to do every once in a while).

Nashor's Tooth is 2885g for 50as, 10mp5, and 55ap
Rageblade is 2235g for 35ad, 32as, and 93ap.
So, you trade some AtS for much more AP in a much cheaper package, and you get some AD for takedown is it?
In any case, Nashor's is a much more "caster form" oriented item, where as Rageblade is a cougar item.
Rageblade makes for better pushing, and Nashor's makes for better poke.
Rageblade should come after a Lich Bane, Nashor's after a Deathcap.
It's two different playstyles though.
Split push nid, and poke nid. One wins through towers, one wins through mid pushes, both are pretty good.

It's not a play style thing.
It's a decision you make depending on what's happening in game.
If they can't gank you top, and they constantly leave you alone with their tower, then you go cougar, lich bane+nashor's and farm top all day.
If you are farming well, but there aren't tower killing opportunities, then you should grab a deathcap, gather mid, and start poking their towers down with spears and heals.
Then again, I don't even own nidalee, so i could be wrong.
